Scheduling & Deposits

A deposit is required to schedule most jobs. Deposits reserve your service date and help cover materials and scheduling time. Deposits are applied toward the total project cost, with the remaining balance due upon completion unless otherwise stated in writing.

Estimates

Estimate requests are reviewed in the order received. Some projects may require an on-site visit before a final quote can be provided. Quotes are based on the information available at the time of estimation.

Communication

Text messaging is the preferred method of communication and allows for quicker responses, photo sharing, and scheduling updates. Calls are welcome when necessary, but text is often the fastest way to get started.

Payments

Accepted payment methods will be outlined on your estimate or invoice. Payment is due upon completion of the project unless otherwise agreed to in writing.
